**Analysis Overview**

Our model starts with 60 uncertain parameters which need to be estimated. We applied a very rigorous analysis procedure to secure the impact of parameter uncertainty and calibration uncertainty on stroke outcomes. The motivation and results of the analysis are illustrated in Figure 2 and Figure 3.

**Model Parameters**

We provided downloadable tables regarding the input parameters of the model based on Figure 3.

Note: These 24 parameters are sampled from a uniform distribution with bounds established based on evidence provided by the executive committee. We produced 10 parameter sets for each of the 1,000 alternate baselines, resulting in a total of 10,000 distinct model replications in which each intervention scenario was simulated and compared to results from the “current level of care” scenario.
